Fast forward to today, and Tim and Christine have 4 growing boys, and are loving life in Fort Collins.

Tim got into real estate in late 2012, and quickly developed a strong business, thanks in large part to his partnership with Brian Trainor. Brian mentored Tim and took him under his wing, and as a result, he closed 31 homes his first year, and has grown his business year over year, become one of the leading realtors in Northern Colorado. Tim and Brian are still partners today, and collectively sell in excess of 120 homes per year between them. They regularly trade places as the number 1 and number 2 agents at C3 Real Estate Solutions.

Tim loves the outdoors, and loves to take his family into the outdoors. Skiing, hiking and traveling are huge for Tim. His family still lives in New Zealand, and Tim will typically take the kids back to see their "Kiwi cousins" most winters during the slow period. Tim is actively involved at his church, and enjoys serving in various ministries through it.

Tim has a dedicated level of service, and takes his role as a real estate consultant seriously.
